In my panel session with Peter Crayford (Head of Customer Experience Lifecycle, Orange / France Telecom Group) and Jon Harvey (Agency Group Head, Facebook UK) we were discussing the integration of social networks like Facebook & Co in the corporate CRM strategy.

While social media is already becoming mainstream many industries and corporates are still having a hard time to cope with social media and to find a working strategy which became obvious again in the discussion with the audience.

Altogether Loyalty World is worth the trip and realized already the meaning and future of social media for the loyalty industry and Facebook as being a serious player in the loyalty business of the future.
